It’s the first Friday of October and this crew are out picnicking, a sign of the times that we are still enjoying unusually warm weather conditions.
The chosen destination today , the beautifully kept and wonderfully maintained Southchurch Park . The Cygnets are learning to fly , keenly observed by mum and dad Swan. Who are ready to offer any flight plans that may be required . So far they are all learning well . The cygnets will soon be Swans and forced to find a new home and so the cycle will continue?
Our bakers and cooks were on top form yesterday afternoon we had a savoury vegetable pasta followed by Swiss Roll , yummy , what a fantastic group of cooks this crew are . If you would like some , too bad , it’s all gone .
The day centre are very pleased to wish Jack a very happy birthday .
Jack is a very polite young man who has a great interest in all aspects of history and astounds us all with his wealth of knowledge .

And yet another sporty event . Our weekly Boccia excursion , as always had a very fun session over at Waterside. This crew always give their all at the Boccia sessions and take the outcome quite seriously but in a sporting way .
It’s a sporty week at FMNC this week . This crew enjoyed a session of Badminton at Clements hall this afternoon . A few novices who picked up the principles well . Above all it was fun for all .
