Our gardeners really are a happy bunch of souls when they are at Garons wellbeing gardens . Fresh air and watching nature perform its magic are certainly some of the things to be happy about .
It was off to ride bikes for this crew today . A few laps of the track at just ride Garons park is the perfect set up for the rest of the day .
Mencap Monday Club as you may already be able to tell is an always on activity for the day centre . We always recieve such a warm welcome . The range of activities available is huge and most importantly everyone makes friends .
This crew were off to walking football training today and certainly put lots of effort and skill into their game . Well done everyone , that pretty good after the weekend .
It’s been a full on party day at the Day-centre today . We have at last been able to get Mo , 70 years and JoJo 50 years into the centre for a surprise birthday party .
To say we have had a fun day would be an understatement.
Friday morning at the day -centre garden sees the community coaches from Southend United join us for a fun session of ball skills , fitness and games .
